When you start the game, the character's ability worth will be drastically reduced to a minimum of 60 points. You can participate in the G-League or apply to college in order to be a part of the NBA.

Following the official start of the "My Career" mode, the players are faced with the option of "enter the university to be a participant in the league", "participate in the G-League" or "participate in the NBA draft." If you decide to take part in the NBA however, you will not be admitted to the university for another time and then participate in the G-League and if they choose to join the G-League however, you will be able to participate in the NBA after completing a season, but you cannot be able to return to the college league.
